My health - overview

This section of the NHS Wales App groups together all your health information in one place – whether it’s from your GP practice, or hospital visits, or health events you’ve added to the App yourself.

Depending on your health board or GP practice, you may see:

  • medicines your GP has prescribed you
  • any allergies or allergic reactions you've told your GP about
  • test results from your GP
  • "My health timeline" which is a collection of all your health records and events that is searchable by date and record type
  • "About me and my care" which is a form that helps you to describe your healthcare needs, wishes and plans
  • organ and blood donation services information

Some content in the App may be provided by a third-party provider. These are companies who your health board has a chosen to use to provide you with certain information. It will differ by health board and GP practice.

If your health board has chosen to use a third-party provider, we will let you know in the NHS Wales App before you access the information.

What if I cannot see the information I expect?

Each GP practice and health board will have its own relationship with the NHS Wales App. Some practices have not yet made all of their records available through the App.

You may not see all your records when you first login as they may be in the process of being updated or they may take some time to load if there are a large amount.

If there are records you expect to see, but cannot, contact your GP practice to discuss.
