If you have not registered a decision, selecting My organ donation decision will take you to the NHS Organ Donation Register where you can record your decision.
We are aware that some people might get an error message when submitting the organ donor form. We are working to resolve this. If you do get an error message when submitting the form, you can still register your decision on the NHS Organ Donation Register website.
If you've registered a decision and are using the App, you'll see your current decision. You can change and withdraw your decision at any time.
If you’ve registered a decision and are using the web browser version of the App, you’ll go to NHS Organ Donation Register where you can change your decision.
If you're not fully verified for the App, when you select My organ donation decision using the App or web browser, you'll go to the NHS Organ Donation Register where you can register or change your decision.
Keeping your registration decision up to date will help your family and healthcare professionals know what decision you’ve made.
