"My health timeline" is a way to view all your records in one place, ordered by date or type. This is a new feature being tested for GP practice appointments with two practices and currently only applies to appointments and My health journal entries.
Records you can find in my health timeline may include in future:
You can search for records by record type or by date range, or you can use the “keyword search” which allows you to search using words or phrases relating to the record.
The timeline can be useful if you want to see a series of related information about one health issue in one place. If you just want to see and manage your appointments you can do this through the timeline or Appointments, but if you want to see appointments as well as results and letters, you can use the timeline.
My health timeline will only include information if they have been shared to the App by your health and care provider.
