My health timeline

My health timeline shows you your different record types in one place, arranged by date. You can search and filter by each type of record. 

While you may see a full list of records, you can currently only view: 

• GP practice appointments 

• Hospital appointments 

• Waiting list referrals 

• Journal entries 

The following are not yet available in the health timeline:  

• Documents 

• GP consultations 

• Test results 

• Vaccinations 

If you cannot see all GP practice appointments in the timeline

You'll see only those appointments your practice has made available for you to view in the App.
