Providing feedback to us about the NHS Wales App helps us to improve the service we provide. It also lets us know if there is a technical problem that we have to fix.
Do not use the feedback function if you need health advice or have a medical emergency. Use 111 Wales through this App, or call 111. In a medical emergency, call 999.
It’s easy to give us feedback by using the Feedback button while you’re using the App.
While you use the App you will see a button called Feedback. Just select the button and follow the on-screen instructions.
The feedback button does not work unless you have allowed optional analytic cookies.
Cookies are small files which are widely used to make websites and apps work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide services and functionalities for users. Find out more about cookies
If you cannot see the feedback button, check that you have switched on optional analytic cookies. To do this:
If you do not want to allow optional analytic cookies, you cannot send feedback through the App. Send feedback through the online survey.
If you need to give feedback, we may ask you to upload a screenshot (for example, of an error screen). This is optional, so you can leave feedback without uploading a screenshot.
A screenshot captures an image of whatever is on your device’s screen at the time. Below are links to guidance for taking screenshots, which differ depending on the device and operating systems that are used.
When you are asked to upload a screenshot, you may need to grant the NHS Wales App access to your device’s storage.
Note: you can only upload one screenshot at a time and the file must be an image, not a video recording.
